Symmetrical Families

In this section we continued to focus on the family. In the past, the parents make important decision and shared the responsibility. They are the center of the family. But after a long time, they are not longer the center of the family any more. The family are changing and the children are become very important in the family. Parents make every decision for the children. The China family are very special from the world. The family are consist of a big group. People often live together and father is the decision maker of the family. The relation between father and son is the spindle of the family. Children treated their parents with filial respect. The parents will arrange their children's marriage. The family will provide every financial help to the children. Mother always play a important role in the family, they take care of the children and teach them right form the wrong. There are some obvious comparison between the farther and mother in China family. In the family, father stand for the power, they punished the children when they do something wrong. In the opposite, mother stand for the gentle, they do not blame their children even their something wrong. They put all their love to the children and treat their children as much gentle as they can. In Britain, the families are very different from the China because there are many types of family forms. There are many reasons cause into this situation. The number of the divorce are continue to increase. Family are no longer consist of man and woman any more. It can be consist of the people in the same sex. Also, the family can have a single parent. This is the main different point with the China family. Parents also play a important in the family. They set the example for the children and educate them in many different ways. In the past, Father is the bread winner and they make the important decision in the daily life. Mother are responsible for domestic tasks. But now, the division of labor within the family are changed, women also work outside and more and more social activities in their daily life. Men can also take care of the children and responsible for domestic tasks. It is very different from China.
